SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF BROOK PARK, OHIO HELD ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Council President Salvatore at 8:24 p.m., the clerk called the roll and the following Members of Council answered: TROYER,ROBERTS,DUFOUR,POINDEXTER.MENCINI,McCORKLE,SCOTT Also in attendance were Mayor Orcutt, Assistant Law Director Cardaman, Finance ------Director McGann and_EconomLcDe\lelQpment Commissioner Marnacheck. REMARKS FROM THE AUDIENCE ON ANY SUBJECT MATTER BEFORE COUNCIL: Mr. Modic expressed concerns with the land reutilization program property not being utilized moves back to tax revenues and the taxes not paid for many years who pays the back taxes. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS: FIRST READING: 1. ORDINANCE NO. 11512-2025 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BROOK PARK TO PROVIDE POWER HOME REMODELING GROUP (PHRG) WITH A JOB CREATION INCENTIVES PACKAGE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
