ORD IN.ANCE NO: CTTY OF BROOK PARK, OHIO 9943-2014 INTRODUCED BY: MAYOR COYNE AN ORD TNÀNCE ÀUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLTC SERVICE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS ÀND !'URTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ÀDVERTISE FOR BTDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST AND /OR BEST BIDDER FOR THE CONVERSION OF A 1986 FORD LSOOO - SEWER VACTOR TRUCK TO À DUMP TRUCK WITH SNOW PLOI{ PACKAGE, ÀND DECI.ARING AN EMERGENCY NOI{ THEREFoRE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counci.L of the City of Brook Park, State of Ohio, that: SECTION l: The Director of Public authoîlzea Tõlrepare specifications for the Ford L8000 - sewer vactor truck to a completed plow package, Service is hereby convers.ion of a 1986 dump truck wíth snow sEcTIoN 2: The Mayor ís hereby authorized to advertise for nias ãnã-Tã--ãnter into a contract with the lowest and/or best bidder for the conversion of same. sEcTIoN 3: The money needed for the aforesald transaction sftaf t Ue-paiO from funds theretofore appropriated for said purpose. SECTIoN 4: It is found and determined thât a.I.l formaf actions of this Council concerning and refating to the adoption of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all defiberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resufted in such formal action were in meetings open to the publíc in compliance with aIl J"ega1 requirements, including Section L27.22 of the Ohio Revìsed Code. SECTION 5: This Ordinance is hereby decfared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of public peacer heafth, safety and lvelfare of said City, and for the
