A temporary special event permit was filed for the 18th Annual Larchmere PorchFest on June 13, 2026, at 12510 Britton Drive. The permit covers a beer garden in an existing parking lot. Larchmere PorchFest is one of Cleveland's most popular neighborhood music festivals, drawing thousands of visitors along the Larchmere antiques and dining corridor. The permit is awaiting plans.
18th Annual Larchmere PorchFest We are seeking a Temporary Change of Use permit for our annual 1-day festival to be held on June 13, 2026. We will be using an existing parking lot for our Beer Garden (see attached 'Beer Garden Layout').
