Electrical renovations to existing lighting to upgrade to LED. Phase One Early Site is just the removal of the existing roofs, and concrete patching and sealing, currently under permit. This is Phase Two Submission and contains the new roofs and electrical. Mayor's Office of Capitol Improvements will be submitting a waiver for permit costs.
