Change of use with no work]: South Shore Homes We are a OH state license group home with 9 beds. We originally submitted our plans in the spring of 2024 and requested a variance to allow 16 beds. We had a planning hearing and were granted that request. We then went to the BOZ appeals because of the 2 family zone and were asked to agree to start off with a 9 bed license. We were told at the hearing in Sep of 2024 that we can come back after a year to request the increase. Its now 18 months later, we are fully operational, a pivotal home in the community and are coming back to request the change of use and increase the number of beds.
