[Add or change existing construction elements]: City of Cleveland Streets Department, Various Salt Dome Renovations Project consists of renovations of Four Salt Dome locations for the City of Cleveland. Scope of work is removing old salt dome wood/shingle roofs and replacing with new lightweight metal/tarp roofs. Concrete cleaning, restoration and sealing of existing salt dome base walls. Electrical renovations to existing lighting to upgrade to LED. Phase One Early Site is just the removal of the existing roofs, and concrete patching and sealing. Future Phase Two Submission will follow in 4 to 6 weeks and contain the new roofs and electrical. Location at East 65th is being used for basis of permit.
