(43213), to allow a shared living facility with reduced parking in the I, Institutional District, and to repeal Ordinance #1282-01 (CV01-042), passed September 24, 2001 (Council Variance #CV25-129). A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Melissa Green, to Accept entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit.
