         (a)  Motion to approve payment to Software Solutions Inc. in the amount of 
            $29,742.40 for annual software support for the period of 2/01/2024 through 
            
            1/31/2025.  This support covers various receipts, accounts payable, payroll, 
            refuse billing and storm water billing software support services.   
            
         (b)  Motion authorizing the City Manager to advertise for public bids for the 
            
            Magnolia Drive Phase 2 project. 
            
         (c)  Motion authorizing Change Order #2 to Set in Stone Contracting, LLC in an 
            
            amount not to exceed $1,500.00 for the 2023 Asphalt Road Program.
