         (a)  Motion requesting authorization for the City Manager to issue a request for 
            
            proposals for producing a parks master plan.  
            
         (b)  Consider a Motion to authorize the City Manager to enter into agreement with 
            Next Era Energy Services for the electric power needed for running city-owned 
            buildings, lighting, sirens and other city-related functions. The term of the 
            
            agreement is 24 months and the cost of energy is estimated at $.0555 per 
            kilowatt-hour. The final rate will be determined at the time of the signing of the 
            proposed agreement. This program is through NOPEC. 
            
         (c)  Motion authorizing the City Manager to advertise for public bids for the 2024 
            
            Asphalt Road Program 
            

         (d)  2024 Concrete Repair Program
