         (a)  Consider a Motion to authorize the City Manager to enter into agreement with 
            Next Era Energy Services for the natural gas needed for city-owned buildings. 
            The term of the agreement is 24 months and the cost for natural gas is estimated 
            at $.413 per Ccf. The final rate will be determined at the time of the signing of 
            the proposed agreement. This program is through NOPEC.
