2.     Motion Items  
         
         (a)  A motion requesting authorization for the City Manager to issue a request for 
            proposals for the sponsorship of the Brunswick Community Recreation & 
            Fitness Center.  
            
         (b)  Motion to reject all bids received on August 28, 2024 for the Richie Drive Storm 
            Sewer project and to authorize the City Manager to advertise the project for a 
            public rebid. 
            

3.     Review Legislation 
         
         (a)  RES. NO. 69-2024 - An emergency resolution accepting the petition for 
            annexation of an 18.9780± acre property (consisting of PPNS 001-02A-21-008 
            AND 001-02A-21-009) located on Pearl Road known as being part of 
            
            Brunswick Hills Township to the City of Brunswick, Media County, Ohio. - 1st 
            Reading (To be brought from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Dennis 
            Nevar) 
         (b)  ORD. NO. 72-2024 - An ordinance amending Section 222.01 (a) of the City of 
            Brunswick Codified Ordinances. - 1st Reading (To be brought from Committee-
            of-the-Whole, Administration/Dennis Nevar) 
         (c)  RES. NO. 73-2024 - An emergency resolution authorizing the City Manager to 
            enter into an agreement with Geo-Sci Laboratory, Inc. to provide emergency 
            testing services for the New Fire Station Headquarters Project in an amount not 
            to exceed $60,000.00. - 1st Reading (To be brought from Committee-of-the-
            Whole, Administration/Carl DeForest) 
         (d)  RES. NO. 76-2024 - A resolution in support of the Brunswick City School 
            District Renewal Operating Levy.- 1st Reading (To be brought from 
            Committee-of-the-Whole, Council/Joseph Delsanter)
