(a) ORD. NO. 55-2024 - An emergency ordinance approving the plan of operation
and governance for the NOPEC Natural Gas Aggregation Program for the
purpose of jointly establishing and implementing a gas aggregation program as a
NOPEC member. - 1st Reading (To be brought from Committee-of-the-Whole,
Administration/Grant Aungst)
(b) ORD. NO. 56-2024 - An emergency ordinance authorizing the City Manager to
take all actions necessary to establish an Opt-In Natural Gas
Aggregation Program pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4929.27(A)(1),
jointly through NOPEC as a NOPEC member. - 1st Reading (To be brought
from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Grant Aungst)
(c) ORD. NO. 57-2024 - An emergency ordinance to approve the editing and
inclusion of certain ordinances as components of the Codified Ordinances; to
provide for the adoption of new legislation in the updated revised Codified
Ordinances; and to repeal ordinances in conflict therewith. - 1st Reading (To be
