agreement with Huntington National Bank for the period commencing April 30,
2025 through April 29, 2030.

(a) ORD. NO. 23-2025 - An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to forward a
petition to conform boundaries to the Medina County Commissionerâs Office for
the purpose of adjusting the city boundary lines to include an annexation into
