The special meeting of Brunswick City Council was called to order by Mayor Ron Falconi at 6:30 p.m. at the
Municipal Complex.
Roll Call of Members showed the following Council Members present: Nicholas Hanek, Brandon Lambert,
Michael Abella Jr., Keith Kuczma, Joseph Delsanter, Tim Smith, Kristy Piper.
Others Present: Mayor Ron Falconi, Clerk of Council Laura Timura.
Petitions from the Public on legislation There were none.

RES. NO. 32-2025 -An emergency resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with
Specialized Construction Inc. for the 2025 Asphalt Road Program Project in an amount not to exceed
$1,375,060.00. - 2nd Reading (Services, Utilities, Technology & Cable Committee, Administration/Jenny
Zoldak):
Tim Smith moved to suspend the rules, seconded by Keith Kuczma. Roll Call - Ayes - 7, Nicholas Hanek,

Motion Carried.

Piper. Nays - 0. Motion Carried.
RES. NO. 33-2025 - An emergency resolution urging Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to sign Am. Sub. H.B. No.
54 into law. - 2nd Reading (Committee-of-the-Whole, Council/Nicholas Hanek):
