            Board of County Commissioners to remove the City of Brunswick from the 
            
            established facility designations contained in the "Medina County Solid Waste 
            Management District Plan" dated February 11, 2021.

            forward a petition to conform boundaries to the Medina County Commissioner's 
            Office for the purpose of adjusting the City boundary lines to include an 
            
            annexation into the City of Brunswick of PPN 017-03Z-01-001. - 1st 
            Reading (To be brought from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Dennis 
            Nevar) 
         (b)  RES. NO. 68-2025 - An emergency resolution authorizing the City Manager to 
            enter into all necessary documents to acquire real property for municipal 
            
            purposes in an amount not to exceed $212,500.00. - 1st Reading (To be brought 
            from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Carl DeForest) 
         (c)  RES. NO. 69-2025 - An emergency resolution authorizing the City Manager to 
            enter into all necessary documents to acquire real property for municipal 
            
            purposes in an amount not to exceed $387,500.00. - 1st Reading (To be brought 
            from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Carl DeForest)
