2. Motion Items
(a) Motion authorizing a change order in the amount of $83,949.85 to Set in Stone
Contracting, LLC for the Randall-Sheri-Rose Improvement Project.
(b) Motion authorizing a change order in the amount of $32,825.62 to Specialized
Construction, Inc. for the 2025 Asphalt Road Program.
(c) Motion to accept the Easement Agreement between CQ Landlord, LLC. for real
property located at 2830 Carquest Drive, Brunswick and Rewarded Faith for real
property located at 1020 West 130th Street, Brunswick.
(d) Motion to advertise for public bids for the provision of vehicle maintenance
services for the Division of Police.
(e) Motion authorizing the Division of Police to utilize All Care Automotive (1539
Pearl Road) for the balance of the 2025 calendar year for all vehicle maintenance
in an amount not to exceed submitted bid prices.

ORD. NO. 74-2025 - An ordinance determining to use certain property on North
Carpenter Road for City Park and Recreation purposes and authorizing and directing
the transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Department of Fire Facilities
Improvement Fund (Fund 339) for reimbursement of acquisition costs for that property.

RES. NO. 76-2025 - A resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an
agreement with W.B. Mason for the provision of office supplies for a period of one (1)
year from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 with two (2) separate one (1)
year renewal options, in an amount not to exceed submitted bid prices. - 1st
