         (a)  A Motion to approve an amended and restated Easement Agreement by and 
            between the City of Brunswick, the Medina County Park District and the 
            Cleveland Clinic Foundation for a multi-use trail at Brunswick Lake Park 
            
         (b)  Motion for solicitation of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested 
            engineering firms for design services for the Center Road (SR-303) Urban 
            Paving Project, PID#116495, within the City of Brunswick. Opportunities to 
            submit designs will be available on the City of Brunswick's website for two 
            consecutive weeks. 
            

3.     Review Legislation 
         
         (a)  RES. NO. 85-2025 - An emergency resolution amending Resolution No. 25-
            2025 and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Opioid Settlement Fund 
            Disbursement Agreement with Hope Recovery Community, Inc. - 1st 
            Reading (To be brought from Committee-of-the-Whole, Administration/Carl 
            DeForest)
