enter into a sixty (60) month agreement with Charter Communications
Operating, LLC to provide dark fiber INET services in an annual amount not to
exceed $43,200.00 plus any applicable State and/or Federal regulatory fees. - 1st

(b) RES. NO. 63-2025 - An emergency resolution authorizing the City Manager to
enroll as a member with the Houston-Galveston Area Council to participate in its
