1 CITY OF WESTLAKE, OHIO 2 ORDINANCE NO. 2026-22: 3 4 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO 5 PURCHASE THREE (3) 2025 MODEL YEAR 6 CHEVROLET TAHOES WITH SELECTED OPTIONS 7 AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT THROUGH THE OPEN 8 MARKET, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. 9 ______________________________________________________________________________ 10 11 WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Director of Purchasing desire to purchase three (3) 2025 12 Model Year Chevrolet Tahoes with selected options and safety equipment; and 13 WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has advised this Council that the City can 14 purchase three (3) 2025 Model Year Chevrolet Tahoes with selected options and safety 15 equipment for the Police Department from Tim Lally Chevrolet, Inc. 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 17 WESTLAKE, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: 18 Section 1: That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to purchase three (3) 2025 19 Model Year Chevrolet Tahoes with selected options and safety equipment needed for the Police 20 Department from Tim Lally Chevrolet, Inc. as follows: 21 Qty.
