1 CITY OF WESTLAKE, OHIO 2 ORDINANCE NO. 2026-26: 3 4 AN ORDINANCE CONSIDERING 5 A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 6 FOR A TRAINING SCHOOL. 7 ______________________________________________________________________________ 8 9 WHEREAS, Ayoub Mezouri, Representative of LifeBridge Care, LLC, has submitted a 10 request to the Council of the City of Westlake, Ohio, for a Conditional Use Permit for the property 11 at 26945 Westwood Road, Westlake, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 215-10-022), for a training 12 school; and 13 WHEREAS, after receiving the current application, the application was sent to the 14 Planning Commission for its review, and the Planning Commission recommended ____________ 15 of the Conditional Use Permit with certain conditions; and 16 WHEREAS, this Council provided and held a Public Hearing on the application for the 17 Conditional Use Permit. 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 19 WESTLAKE, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: 20 Section 1: That this Council does hereby approve the application of LifeBridge Care, 21 LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for the property at 26945 Westwood Road, Westlake, Ohio 22 (Permanent Parcel No. 215-10-022), for a training school, which said use is to be conditioned only 23 within the areas located within the address described in this Ordinance. 24 Section 2: That this Conditional Use Permit application is approved upon the 25 following terms and conditions: 26 27 28 Section 3: That the approval of this Conditional Use Permit shall become null and void 29 if the operation of the conditional use permit is contrary to law and/or the conditions of this 30 Ordinance and the Conditional Use Permit shall not be transferable to another location without a 31 new Conditional Use Permit being obtained but would be transferable at the location described in 32 Section 1 hereof to a new owner subject to all the terms and conditions thereof. 33 CITY OF WESTLAKE, OHIO ORDINANCE NO. 2026-26 PAGE 2 Section 4: That it is found and determined that all formation actions of this Council 34 concerning and relating to this legislation were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and 35 that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action 36 were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 37 10, Article XI of the Charter of the City of Westlake and Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. 38 Section 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the 39 earliest period allowed by law. 40 First Reading: _____________ 41 42 Referred to Planning Commission: __________________ 43 Report of Planning Commission on: _______________________ 44 The Planning Commission recommended to Council that this Ordinance be: 45 46 Approved: _____ Disapproved: _____ 47 48 Second Reading: _______________ 49 50 Public Hearing: ________________ 51 52 Passed: ____________________________________ 53 David S.
