Greenspan, in accordance with Article III, Section 8 of the City Charter. President of Council David S. Greenspan; Councilmembers Duane Van Dyke, Nick C. Nunnari, Dave Del Regno, Todd LeVeck, Amy G. CERTIFICATION OF OFFICERS BY BOARD OF ELECTIONS: President of Council Greenspan stated that the following officers who were elected at the November 4, 2025, General Election, had received their Certificate of Election from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, copies of which are on file in their respective offices: Dennis M. Clough Michael P. Maloney David S. Greenspan Duane Van Dyke Nick C. Nunnari Dave Del Regno Todd LeVeck Amy G. Havelka Mark R. Getsay Mayor Director of Law President of Council Council, Ward 1 Council, Ward 2 Council, Ward 3 Council, Ward 4 Council, Ward 5 Council. Ward 6 Mayor Clough, Council President Greenspan and Law Director Maloney were officially sworn in on Januaiy 1,2026, by the Honorable Judge Brendan J. Sheehan. This night, the following were sworn in: Councilmember Van Dyke by the Honorable Mayor Dennis M. Clough; Councilmember Nunnari by the Honorable Judge Diane M. Palos; Councilmember Del Regno by the Honorable Judge Diane M. Palos; Councilmember LeVeck by the Honorable Judge Ashley Rilbane; Councilmember Havelka by the Honorable Judge Diane M. Palos; Councilmember Getsay by the Honorable Mayor Dennis M. Clough; and Council President Greenspan was ceremonially sworn in by the Honorable Michael Gallagher, Cuyahoga County Council District 5. Rosenbaum be reappointed as Clerk of Council for the 2026-2029 term. Yeas: Greenspan, Van Dyke, Nunnari, Del Regno, LeVeck, Havelka, Getsay. Nays: None, motion carried. Ms. Rosenbaum was sworn in by Attorney and Law Director Michael P. Maloney. Yeas: Van Dyke, Nunnari, Del Regno, LeVeck, Havelka, Getsay, Greenspan. Nays: None; motion carried. MISCELLANEOUS: Council President Greenspan acknowledged attendees in the audience, thanked all the elected officials as well as directors for their willingness to serve the city and thanked their family members for their sacrifice to allow them to do so. Mayor Clough congratulated all councilmembers and looked forward to working together with the administration in the new tenn to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Westlake.
