The pavilion has been incorporated into the new addition development plan under review at this
meeting (sheet A210); therefore, the applicant should withdraw the La Centre development plan
(pavilion) request, either in writing before the meeting or verbally during the meeting to ensure a
clear record for the file and auditors.
