LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION MEETING March 4, 2025 P a g e 1 | 1 Regular Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm by Chairman Patrick Kline. Members Mark Scott, Joe Hafer, Sally Storad and Roxanne Kane present. Alternates, Robert Eddy and Nikki Moore, also present. Ron Weekley and Martina Mann present. Bill Woodward of the Township BZA was in attendance this evening. Joe motioned, Sally seconded, February 4 regular meeting minutes, all approved. Ron stated that permit requests have been really picking up for the season. Don was detained due to the Regional Planning meeting being held tonight. The meeting taking place is to work to dissolve Regional Planning. Don states there will be a health department meeting next week. He is going to have to reach out to everyone to be sure there will be a quorum (21). Patrick stated that another discussion of meeting dates for 2025 was necessary due to conflicts. The following are the updates for the calendar for the remainder of the year: April 9, May 6, June 11, July 1, August 4, September 3, October 6, November 5, December 2. Section 500, Parking was discussed with no action made.
