Cleveland Clinic Files for $75M, 1,500-Space Parking Garage on Euclid Avenue

Cleveland Clinic has filed a permit for a new $75 million, 9-story public parking garage at 8911 Euclid Avenue, featuring approximately 1,500 spaces and a pedestrian walkway connecting to the existing Taussig Cancer Center.

Cleveland Clinic is proposing a new $75 million, 9-story public parking garage at 8911 Euclid Avenue in Ward 6, according to a building permit currently under review with the City of Cleveland.

The structure — referred to in filings as the IML New Parking Structure (East) — would add approximately 1,500 parking spaces and span 520,038 square feet. The permit application describes a pedestrian walkway connector that crosses East 10th Street and drops into the existing Taussig Cancer Center, integrating the new garage into the clinic's main hospital campus.

At $75 million, this is one of the largest single building permits filed in Cleveland this year and reflects continued capital investment in the University Circle / Fairfax medical corridor. The project is listed as "in review."

Permit details: Cleveland record PRJ26-021871, Ward 6, 1,120 square feet identified as renovation work in addition to the new construction.
