Ollie's Bargain Outlet Is Coming to 3230 W. 65th Street

A $325,000 tenant build-out permit was filed May 4 by 3200 W 65th Street LLC, a California-based entity, to convert a landlord-provided shell space at 3230 W. 65th Street into a fully operational Ollie's Bargain Outlet store. The work is classified as an interior-only remodel and is currently in Plan Review.
Ollie's, which operates more than 550 discount retail locations across the eastern United States, specializes in closeout merchandise — overstocked goods, manufacturer returns, and deeply discounted name brands across categories including food, housewares, books, toys, and apparel. The company has been expanding aggressively in Ohio and frequently targets large-format retail spaces in neighborhood corridors and strip centers.
The location is in Ward 11 on Cleveland's west side. The permit was filed May 4, 2026.
