A true and accurate copy of the legal description for said consolidated parcels as well as a map depicting the parcels are attached to this Ordinance as, respectively, Exhibits “A” and “B.” SECTION 2: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zone Map will disclose that the zoning classification of the land identified and described in Section 1 hereof has been changed from B – one family residence district to planned development district, and that said parcels of land (and portions thereof) may be thereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the regulations provided in the Planned Development (Chapter 1157) of the City pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted as they may be from time to time amended. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
