[2025-118 Authorize CHN Housing Partners funding.pdf] CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 118 BY: Mayor Jones A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $191,700.00 TO CHN HOUSING PARTNERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING THE CITY’S SAFE AND HEALTHY HOMES REPAIR PROGRAM FUND. WHEREAS, the City previously contracted with CHN Housing Partners to administer a home repair and home rehab program in the City of North Olmsted; and WHEREAS, the administration has determined that funding for the on-going program has been or is nearly exhausted; and WHEREAS, the administration requests an additional $191,700.00 to further fund the Home Repair Revolving Loan Fund in 2025 and beyond; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to authorize the administration to transfer funds to CHN Housing Partners for continued funding of the City’s home repair program. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute all required documents necessary to replenish the Home Repair Revolving Loan Fund with CHN Housing Partners and is further authorized to transfer the sum of $191,700.00 to the fund managed by CHN Housing Partners. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date provided for by law.
