    regular meeting of January 13, 2026: 
     
    1. O 2025-159 An Ordinance Vacating a Portion of Aspen Street. 
       (Introduced by Mayor Corcoran; First Reading on 11-17-2025; Public 
       Hearing on 12-15-2025; Second Reading on 12-15-2025) 
       PC ACTION: Approved by a vote of 5-0 with the recommendation of 
        omitting Section 2. 
    (City Council received recommendations from the Planning Commission.)

R 2026-2   A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the Ohio 
           Department of Transportation for major preventative maintenance of the 
           Lorain Road bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad.

           purchase five new police vehicles and their related equipment from the

           law, not to exceed $372,000.00.

           match; and authorizing the Mayor to accept the funding, if awarded, and to 
           execute a contract with the State of Ohio.

           $665,200.00.
