Oberlin City Council Special Meeting Minutes § July 1, 2025 Special Meeting — 4:15 p.m— Conference Room 1 Purpose: to adjourn into executive session to Discuss the appointment of a City Manager and to discuss the employment and compensation of Council Appointees. A special meeting of the Oberlin City Council was held July 1, 2025, in Conference Room 1, located at 85 South Main Street, Oberlin, Ohio 44074 and was called to order at 4:15 p.m. by Presiding Officer Eboni Johnson. Roll Call was taken as follows: Council Members: Present Absent Eboni A. Johnson - O Michael McFarlin = Joseph Waltzer 8 Jessa D. New = Ray English oO Libni Lépez _ Kristin Peterson a 0 Others Present: Belinda Anderson, Clerk of Council (Special Meeting Only) Ian Coyle, Pracademic Partners English, seconded by Peterson, moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss the appointment of a City Manager and to discuss the employment and compensation of Council Appointees and to invite Ian Coyle of Pracademic Partners.
