Oberlin city council Budget work session Minutes November 25, 2025 Minutes of the Oberlin City Council Budget Work Session Held on Monday, November 25, 2025 1 :00 p.in. Call to Order: A Budget Work Session Of the Oberlin City Council was held on November 25, 2025 at the Oberlin EnricJunent and Activity Center, located at 36 South Prospect Street, Oberlin, Ohio and was called to order at 1 :00 p.in. by Council President Eboni Jolunson for the purpose Of reviewing the 2026 0berlin City Budget. Roll Call was taken as follows: Council Members: Eboni A. Johnson, President Michael MCFarlin, Vice President Ray English Libni Lopez (Attended via Zoom) Jessa D. New Kristin Peterson Joe Waltzer Appointees/Staff: Marin Fowler, Finance Director Greg Holcomb, City Manager Ryan Warfield, Police Chief Rob Hanmer, Fire Chief Belinda Anderson, Clerk of Council Jon Clark, Law Director Judge Tom Januzzi Also present were Council member elect Sondra Miller and Municipal Judge elect Farah Emeka. The Oberlin City Council met in work session to discuss the 2026 budget for the following departments and divisions.
