At-A-Glance document b. Short Term Strategies Matrix c. Ongoing strategies d. Master spreadsheet All comments and updated information should be recorded on the master spreadsheet. The spreadsheet was previously shared with each committee member via email back in October. When updating the spreadsheet there are three (3) categories that have drop down boxes (E) owner, which identifies the person responsible for that goal. (F) status, which identifies the status of the goal/objective and (G) deadline Committee Update: e Ralph Tompson updated the group on their work he, AG Miller and Ray English are doing with the Community Foundation related to a down payment assistance program to assist home buyers who want to move back to Oberlin. e Kathy Burns provided an update on the number of new families being served this year at the Oberlin Community Services Food Pantry, Holiday meals program and the Holiday Helping Hands program. During the government shutdown, the pantry had lots of first-time senior citizens. e The committee did some brainstorming on ideas to help Oberlin Business Partnership (OBP) e Saundra Miller talked about economic development, filling downtown open spaces and Oberlin Community Improvement Corp (OCIC) Action Items: e Timeline for downpayment assistance program e Possible donor information and matching funds community foundation/City of Oberlin Next Meeting: Tuesday, February 10, 2026
