MINUTES JUNE 16, 2025 SPECIAL PUBLIC HOUSING COUNCIL MEETING PARMA CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 6:04 P.M. The Special Public Housing Council Meeting was called to order by President of Council Vito Dipierro presiding. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: ALLAN DIVIS KEVIN C. KUSSMAUL DEBORAH LIME JOHN SOEDER KAMMY SHUMAN MONICA WILSON KELLY ZACHARIAS AMANDA BOYD COUNCIL MEMBERS EXCUSED: ROB EUERLE Ms. Beeble – Mr. President, the Roll of Council has been called, and I find a quorum of Council Members present. The following officials and department heads were also present. Mayor Timothy DeGeeter, Law Director Scott M. NO. 25-4 5/19/25 BY: K. C. KUSSMAUL (Special Meeting) (By Request – North Coast Housing Connections Executive Director) A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF NORTH COAST HOUSING CONNECTIONS (NCHC) TO WRITE OFF THE AMOUNT OF $5,584.00 OF UNCASHED CHECKS FOR NORTH COAST HOUSING CONNECTIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Motion made by Councilwoman Lime seconded by Councilman Kussmaul to adopt Housing Resolution No. 25-4. Yes: Divis, Kussmaul, Lime, Shuman, Soeder, Wilson, Zacharias, Boyd. No: None; Housing Resolution No. 25-4 is adopted. REPORT ON ABSENT MEMBERS Motion made by Councilwoman Shuman seconded by Councilwoman Boyd to excuse Councilman Euerle.
