MINUTES AUGUST 4, 2025 SPECIAL PUBLIC HOUSING COUNCIL MEETING PARMA CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBER 6:07 P.M. The Special Public Housing Council Meeting was called to order by President of Council Pro Tem Deborah Lime presiding: COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: KEVIN C. KUSSMAUL DEBORAH LIME KAMMY SHUMAN JOHN SOEDER MONICA WILSON KELLY ZACHARIAS AMANDA BOYD ALLAN DIVIS ROB EUERLE Mrs. Saban – Madam President Pro Tem, the Roll of Council has been called, and I find a quorum of Council Members present. The following officials and department heads were also present: Mayor Timoth DeGeeter, Law Director Scott M. Tuma, Auditor Brian Day, Treasurer Tom Mastroianni, Service Director Tony Vannello, Safety Director Bob Coury, Building Commissioner Dan Kulchytsky, City Engineer Hasmukh Patel, Director of Public Housing Amy Waxman, Communications and Community Relations Director Carolyn Kovach, and Clerk of Council Kristin L. Asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes?
