Summary
Cleveland City Council passed Emergency Resolution 480-2026 creating the Cleveland Superior Arts Improvement District as a new Special Improvement District. The action followed a March 23 filing by the Cleveland Superior Arts Improvement Corporation (346-2026) submitting a 2026–2032 Comprehensive Services Plan and property-owner petitions under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1710. Property owners inside the district will be assessed to fund streetscape, safety, and placemaking services along the Superior Avenue arts corridor.
