West Park Barber School has filed a $41,450 permit to rebuild its street-facing retaining wall at 3873 Rocky River Drive in Kamm's Corners. The project replaces the existing brick-and-mortar wall with a designed entrance — paver letters spelling "WP" set in stone at center — plus seating walls flanking both sides and along Rocky River Road to the south. A 3D design was submitted with the application. Permit filed April 11, currently in review.
