A $300,000 renovation permit has been filed to convert a former daycare at 2860 East 130th Street in Cleveland into the Trade's Master Institute, a nonprofit school that will train students in masonry, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and IT/AV trades — expanding vocational education on Cleveland's southeast side.
